Welcome to Deering Park

At Deering Park, you’re in the middle of everything. And Risewell Homes are at the heart of Deering Park.

With a prime location near the school and amenities, nothing is out of reach. Here, you’re surrounded by 46,000 acres of preserved land, alongside Florida’s intracoastal corridor in Edgewater, Florida. It’s where you can bike, bird, and hike in a wetland park — and still make a trip to Orlando and the sun kissed shores of New Smyrna Beach.

And you can find a good time inside the neighborhood, too. Schedule play dates at community playgrounds. Meet up at the pool. Run on neighborhood trails with a view. Give your best friend room to roam at the dog park.

At Deering Park, you’ll find so many reasons to get outside and explore. Start living your well-built life today.
